No waiting, I got right in at my appointment time. My massage was great, love the foot bath prior to massage. They don’t have heated tables for massage so that was missed. The only negative, is it is hard to get on their schedule but that just mean they do good work..
The spa is very calming and relaxing. You feel special the moment you walk in. Marisa is an amazing massage therapist. I enjoyed conversation as well as the treatment she provided. She is very gifted in her energy and knowledge. Neroli is lucky to have her as one of their massage therapists. I will be back for sure.
Friendly and fun staff. Very professional. Massage therapist are amazing. I love Neroli. I enjoy a steaming shower after a good massage! There prices have gone up a little from before but we'll worth it!
This Neroli in Brookfield is by far my favorite for hair and spa services, even though I've had great experiences at the downtown location as well. I see Heather for my hair and she does an unbelievable job with both the color and cut. The spa area is beautifully appointed and I've had great services from Bridgette, one of the Brookfield estheticians. Highly recommend!
Been going to Neroli for over a decade now. It’s always been a second home to me. From the time I walk in, to the time I check out. Everyone has always made me feel like a part of something special there. Amazing place and amazing people.
We were greeted with warm hand towels. My appointment was on time & with Heather. She took her time with me and gave me an exceptional cut. Explained how to style it and what products to use. It was lovely to be pampered. Extremely kind people made it a wonderful experience. I'll be going back & recommending them to friends.
It is just as important for men to take care of their feet as it is for women. This is why I'm glad that Neroli offers plenty of services for men, including the Sport Pedicure. I wear dress shoes all day for work and my feet need to be taken care of. Rather than butchering my nails by doing it myself (which I had to during the pandemic) I choose to get them done by a professional. For the past several years, Leslie has been my go to Nail Professional and she is great! I'm glad that I can come to a salon, as a guy, and be able to get my feet taken care of. Ladies, for the guys in your life, you should definitely get them to take care of their feet and hands. I just got my first Sport Manicure recently and my hands are more presentable especially when working with my sales clients. I highly recommend Neroli for Men's services.
I’ve done my brow lamination for the first time. My eyelids got burned and I went there and told them about it. They did nothing. I couldn’t even talk to the assistant manager or manager. Like I’m not important to talk or anything.
